Dr. Borges was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and was raised in Yauco, Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in biology externship programs at University of Missouri Saint Louis and Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Borges attended the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry where she became board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease in 2007. Dr. Borges started practicing in Nevada in 2008. She lives in Southwest Las Vegas with her husband, Dr. Larry Perez, and her three daughters. Dr. Borges is currently practicing at our Boca Park and Arroyo Market Square locations.

Dr. Stephanie Lee has been a Las Vegas resident since 1976. She graduated from Western High School and attended UNLV. She graduated with a Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1992. She has been practicing optometry here in Las Vegas since. Dr. Lee joined Optic Gallery in 2000 with the opening of the Boca Park office. She has also been a part of our other locations at the District, Centennial Hills and the Arroyo Marketplace.
Dr. Lee has enjoyed serving in local service organizations, such as the West Charleston Lions Club, the Frontier Council of the Girl Scouts, and the Blind Center of Nevada. She has participated and captained volunteer teams to Mexico to hold Eye Clinics for those in need. Dr. Lee practices at the Boca Park location and on Mondays at The District.
Dr. Lee will be stepping away from practicing in the clinic at Optic Gallery. She will still be part of the Optic Gallery team, but will be moving to a more administrative role to bring exceptional eye care to more local Nevada families.

Dr. Tracy Tran received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Mississippi State University, and graduated with a Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. She successfully completed her residency training at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta, specializing in ocular disease, cataracts, and glaucoma.
Dr. Tran is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry and is certified to diagnosis and manage glaucoma. She looks forward to providing quality care to her patients in the Las Vegas area. During her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her cats.

Dr. Perez was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He was an active participant of the UNM Lobos Soccer Team.
Dr. Perez attended the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry where he became board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease in 2007. Dr. Perez is a member of the American Optometric Association, and the Nevada Optometric Association.
He will be working at the Arroyo Market Square. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Dr. Nair Borges, and his three daughters. Dr. Perez practices at the Rainbow & 215 location.

Chen Young, OD, is a highly skilled optometrist at Optic Gallery, with multiple locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, and Sparks, Nevada. Dr. Young currently practices in the Boca Park location.
He is a native of Nevada and grew up in Reno, graduating from Reed High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where he was actively involved in leadership roles at Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
Dr. Young completed optometry school at Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California. He also completed an optometric internship at the Veterans Hospital in Las Vegas, Nellis Air Force Base, and the Indian Health Services in Fort Defiance. He maintains his credentials with continuing education to stay current in optometry.
He was appointed to serve on the Nevada State Board of Optometry by Governor Brian Sandoval and served from 2012-2021. During his tenure, Dr. Young also served as president and ensured top-quality professional standards throughout Nevada.
Dr. Young welcomes new and existing patients to Optic Gallery and looks forward to optimizing eye health and perfecting their vision.
